We all love Publix rotisserie chicken, but especially my son. And since his 18th birthday also happens to be Super Bowl Sunday, I will be adding a chicken to the menu! I am also dying to try making buffalo chicken dip so if I can round up two chickens, I might take this occasion to give it a try!

  2. Kelly Radziski says

We will use the chicken to make buffalo chicken dip for Super Bowl Sunday – goes great with the cheap blue cheese salad dressing we got on sale at Publix last week.

  3. julian castoreno says

    shred the entire chicken…
    white meat for quesadillas
dark meat for chicken and yellow rice
    skin…yummy snack!

  4. Michelle says

We normally make buffalo chicken dip but I may make mini chicken wraps and a chicken cheese ball too!

  5. Erica says

The chicken will make a cute snack for us ladies, while the men devour the wings, nacho’s & well,…everything else!

  6. Amber says

I make a buffalo chicken dip. You pull the chicken, layer it with hot sauce, cream cheese, and mozzerella and bake until bubbly. It’s yummy and super easy!

  7. angiec says

I would use it as is, and then remove any meat left on the bone and use it to make chicken salad.

  8. Gayle says

I will be using the free chicken for chicken salad for my lunch and chicken and rice for our dinner. Makes life so much easier.

  11. PAMELA says

I would use my free chicken to WOW my super bowl fans! I am having a super bowl party and I plan to have a lot of finger foods for all to enjoy! The Buffalo Chicken Bites recipe looks like a winner to me! My free chicken will be used to make these yummy finger foods! Great for the big game!!!

  12. Donna Lee says

I am going to try out a new recipe I found for Chicken Bites. I will be using Hot Sauce in some for my Buffalo Chicken Lovers and BBQ in other for my family members that are not fans of the heat.

    3 cup(s) Shredded cooked chicken
1/4-1/2 cup(s) hot sauce or bbq sauce
    3 1/2 ounce(s) cream cheese softened
    1 3/4 cup(s) cheddar cheese shredded
    1 cup(s) all-purpose flour
    4 eggs lightly beaten
3-4 cup(s) corn flakes cereal crushed

    Preparation

1.Preheat oven to 350?F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

2.In a large bowl, combine chicken, cream cheese and hot sauce, cheddar cheese and green onions.

3.Roll a heaping tablespoon of mixture into a 1½-inch ball and place onto a plate or separate baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining mixture.

4.Place flour in a shallow dish.

5.In a second shallow dish, place eggs.

6.In a third shallow dish, place corn flakes.

7.Dip each chicken ball first into the flour, then the egg and ending with the Corn Flakes. Place on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve warm with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
