Tide You Over Tuesday – Roasted Vidalia Onion Blossoms

Are you like me and have a whole bunch of Vidalia Onions in your kitchen? If so you might want to head over and visit Amanda over at A Few Short Cuts. Her Tide You Over Tuesday recipe this week is Roasted Vidalia Onion Blossoms.

I have made these many times and they are so delicious! Throw this on your grill with your meat and veggies and you have a delicious meal without heating up the kitchen!

I made Blue Cheese Vidalia Onions for dinner last night as a side dish and oh my it was fabulous! I am definitely making that one again!

    Made this today in my solar oven. SO GOOD! I didn’t realize how much liquid there would be, so be aware and make sure you have something to catch it in as you open the package. (I just cooked mine in a covered casserole.)
