      tortellini (cooked according to pkg)
      1/2 C Newman’s Own Italian (or to desired consistency)
      2 TBS Olive Oil
      4- 6 garlic cloves minced
      Big bunch of FRESH basil chopped
      2 tomatoes chopped
      1 8 oz pkg crumbled feta

      This is best if you let it sit in the fridge for a day or so…I usually make it on a Sunday night and eat for lunch throughout the week… you may want to modify the garlic if you are not a fan :-)
